Returns

If in the event you are not totally satisfied with you order, we will be happy to offer you a refund of the value paid on any item(s), that is returned to us in a resalable condition within 28 days of receipt of your order. Please note we do not refund the cost of the posting or shipping charge for your initial order. In the rare event that your item has arrived faulty please contact our customer service team care@glamorous.com with your name and order number. We will endeavour to refund your item within 14 days of the date in which you post the item back to us.

Exchange Procedure
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange at this time; please do return the item to us and we will be happy to give you a refund (see terms and conditions above) so that you can place your new order at your convenience.

What to do next
Please re-package your returned item(s) securely and write the (free) returns address on the package, this can be found on the back of your invoice or below. Please include your original invoice as proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team with your name and order number if your invoice is not available. We would ask that you complete the reason for return details below and include this document with your returned item(s). This will enable us to continue to maintain and improve the service and quality provided by glamorous.com. Please remember to detach the proof of postage slip below. Please take your completed returns package to your nearest post office. Ask the post office to stamp below as proof of postage. You can also request a receipt from the Post Office in the event that you are not able to provide your invoice. Please keep this safe as in the event we do not receive the parcel you will need you to provide us with this information.

Any Glamorous or other Glamorous in-house brands (eg. Alice & You, True Decadence) purchased in any other stores, outlets, or shows cannot be returned, exhanged or refunded at Glamorous.com. They should be returned direct to the stores through which they were purchased.

If you’re a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days from when you receive your order. This doesn’t apply to items that have been worn or used.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform Glamorous of your decision to cancel the contract by emailing our customer care team and detailing your name, address and order number and that you wish to cancel. We will then update you on the next steps. You must do this within 14 days of receipt of your order placement.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us an email to care@glamorous.com with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘How do I return an item?’ and we'll make sure we do our best to resolve this for you.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please return your item(s) to us following the method below:

Please ensure you return unsuitable items unused and in their original condition, with all tags and tickets still attached otherwise we cannot process your refund.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your items, process your return and confirm your refund amount. We’ll send you an email when this has been done.
Once we've confirmed that your return has been processed, please allow 3-7 days for your refund to reach you.
