Position: Territory Sales Executive
Direct Reporting Line to: (International Sales Manager Distributor / Wholesale Business)
Location: Manchester – United Kingdom
Key Interfaces: Sales Manager Distributor Business EMEA, Customer Solutions Director EMEA, Operations Director, Trade Sales Support Supervisor, Customer Services Supervisor, Customer Services and Sales Support Facilitators
Purpose/Mission: To gain profitable sales and a high level of customer service within the designated geographical territories in order to meet agreed annual sales targets and to ensure long term repeat business.
For hitting agreed KPIs
For identifying and securing the most capable and professional customers within your designated territory that have the ability to achieve sales targets for Kacoo Ltd products.
To have knowledge of each market in order to identify strategic accounts (of our Distributor Partners) in each territory and to support our Distributor Partners to ensure our products are being purchased by them.
To create and implement strategies that will increase the average order value and the range of products offered by our customers.
To be fully responsible for customer satisfaction in all aspects of ‘after sales’ and to negotiate a win/ win solution to customer complaints. Support other team members in the development and implementation of customer care standards to ensure ongoing repeat business
Key Tasks: Functional
To identify knowledge gaps within customer’s sales teams and to provide training materials or presentations in order to ensure they are able to sell our products and services and overcome objections
To support Distributors by attending trade shows and exhibitions and assisting them by demonstrate products and sell products in order to promote Kacoo Ltd products and/or services, attending to the interest of Distributor customers at those events and where possible other interested customer groups.
To ensure that all Distributor orders are correctly calculated and submitted for before commencement of any work or dispatch of goods. This will ensure that minimum margins are being met and that Kacoo Ltd will generate profit.
To be able to manage and negotiate sensitive situations with customers in order to achieve a win/win outcome.
To ensure all customer orders are paid for on time
To have fixed review with colleagues to identify how to improve our products, process and services in order to assist in customer loyalty.To produce an annual sales business plan that demonstrates exactly how the sales target will be achieved
To submit a quarterly update of the business plan by the 15th of the first month in each quarter to the European Sales Manager EMEA
To create a yearly activity plan that is updated and submitted weekly to the European Sales Manager .
To present a weekly 121 report to the European Sales Manager EMEA
To ensure all customer account details are kept up to date and stored on the CRM / SAP system
To provide a quarterly sales forecast that is updated by the 31st of each month and to liaise with other Departments within Kacoo Ltd to ensure that customer’s orders/forecasts are communicated and known and that products/inventory and/or services are scheduled, prioritized, progressed and delivered in order to satisfy external and internal customers expectations
To have in place quarterly review meetings either face to face or over the phone with each of our trade customers and to ensure the meeting overview is added to the CRM / SAP systems
To analyse customer accounts and advise on the quarterly update of any actions and support that is needed in order to increase sales
Excellent negotiation skills in order to ensure a profitable business and to be able to convince customers
Conceptual selling skills
Fluent in English and either Russian, Italian, Czech or German and other languages
Technical ability and product knowledge of all Kacoo products
To have the ability to communicate a message and present in front of an audience
Ability to analyze and evaluate information in order to support the justification for an action
To ensure a high level of verbal and written skills are used when creating any customer communication letters or contracts
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Experience in dealing with problem solving and processing customer enquiries
Ability to be tactful, assertive, resilient and professional at all time when in the company of business partners and colleagues
To be positive in your approach to customers and colleagues
Willing to attend international tradeshows as required
Ability to be flexible

Account Sales Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Sales Executive to join Kacoo Fashion Ltd on a full-time and permanent basis. Working from our Manchester City Centre head office, the successful sales person will be responsible for selling our successful womenswear label, Glamorous, for our international wholesale accounts for apparel.
We are looking for a candidate with direct experience managing wholesale accounts within the fashion industry or an industry relatable to fashion. The successful candidate will have ownership over their assigned accounts and will ultimately be responsible for customer service, selling and handling the process from initial interest to product delivery. The Account Sales Executive will be reporting into the Head of Wholesale and will be responsible for:
Managing and growing relationships with existing accounts, working towards and exceeding monthly sales targets
Highlighting customer targeted products and best sellers to existing international customers
Effectively manage critical path to ensure orders are delivered on time
Prepare all paper work for prospective and confirmed orders
Representing Glamorous at the Tradeshows – some international travel will be required on an infrequent basis
The successful candidate will also have the following skills and attributes:
Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office

Design Room Placement
- Kacoo Fashion Ltd - Manchester
Location: Manchester – United Kingdom
Role Description:The Glamorous Work Placement is designed to give students an inside view of the entire cycle of fashion. We try to ensure that all Placements Students get a broad understanding of how different aspects of a design company come together to create ranges, from concept to preparing the ranges for trade shows. We try to place students into situations where they can observe the development of the collection as well as see what happens after this process is finished.The individual will generally assist our Design Team, and get to know the workings of a Design Room and get involved with preparing the ranges for the shows.
This role would be perfect for: Students on a sandwich year who study fashion design (or a design related course) who can commit to working full time for 11 months and have a good understanding of Adobe software. The start date for this role would be from 1st June 2018 for 11 months. The role is unpaid, but travel expenses can be claimed.
• Adobe (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) competent.
• Diligent and hardworking individual who studies design and is willing to learn about all aspects of a fashion company.

This Placement Position is a great opportunity for you to not only see how a fashion company works, but also for you to get experience in the type of environment you’re likely to be working in after you graduate. This is something that can only be gained from experience and isn’t generally covered by a university course.
At the end of your placement, other than gaining valuable experience within a fashion company, you will have gained a good knowledge of the company, learnt about different job roles within the industry and have a better idea of how your skills can be taken forward for the rest of your studies and further for your plans after graduation.
