HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
Simply enter your promotional code into the ‘Discount Codes’ box at checkout and hit 'Apply Code'. If the code is valid your discount will be applied! Remember- only one discount code can be used per order.
WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?
If you are a customer outside of the UK Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay custom and import charges. Glamorous.com has no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the fee you will incur. We advise you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT ADVERTISED BUT IT IS NO LONGER ON THE WEBSITE?
Popular items can sell out very quickly if you want to know if we will be re-stocking an item you can email us on email@example.com or tweet us @ukglamorous and we can let you know. We add new items to the site every week so if your chosen product is no longer listed on site you may be able to find a similar item by browsing through our new in section http://www.glamorous.com/new-in.html

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We will be happy to offer you a refund of the value paid on any item(s) returned to us in a resalable condition within 14 days of receipt of your order (28 days for international customers). Please ensure you return unsuitable items unused and in their original condition, with all tags and tickets still attached otherwise we cannot process your refund.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘How do I return an item?’ and we'll make sure we do our best to resolve this for you.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please return your item(s) to us following the method below:

If in the event you are not totally satisfied with you order, we will be happy to offer you a refund of the value paid on any item(s), that is returned to us in a resalable condition within 14 days of receipt of your order (28 days for international customers).
Please note we do not refund the cost of the posting or shipping charge for your initial order.
What to do next
Please re-package your item(s) securely and include this invoice as proof of purchase. Head over to the following Royal Mail website link, where you’ll be able to create and print your own trackable returns label: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/560
Fill in all required fields including your 9-digit order number, this can be found on your invoice in the top left corner under the invoice number. You’ll then be sent an email (please check spam/junk folder) with your printable returns label attached, and full instructions on what steps to take next.
An alternative QR code will also be provided in the email, this can be used on your smartphone to print your label at the post office itself, handy if you don’t have access to a printer.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage and keep it safe along with your tracking number. If you need to make a compensation claim you will need to produce the proof of postage - without this, we will unfortunately not be able to assist you.
We currently only offer free returns to UK residents with the above procedure.
