HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
Simply enter your promotional code into the ‘Discount Codes’ box at checkout and hit 'Apply Code'. If the code is valid your discount will be applied! Remember- only one discount code can be used per order.
WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?
If you are a customer outside of the UK Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay custom and import charges. Glamorous.com has no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the fee you will incur. We advise you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT ADVERTISED BUT IT IS NO LONGER ON THE WEBSITE?
Popular items can sell out very quickly if you want to know if we will be re-stocking an item you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or tweet us @ukglamorous and we can let you know. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us an email to email@example.com with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘How do I return an item?’ and we'll make sure we do our best to resolve this for you.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please return your item(s) to us following the method below:
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If in the event you are not totally satisfied with you order, we will be happy to offer you a refund of the value paid on any item(s), that is returned to us in a resalable condition within 28 days of receipt of your order. Please note we do not refund the cost of the posting or shipping charge for your initial order. In the rare event that your item has arrived faulty please contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number. We will endeavor to refund your item within 14 days of the date in which you post the item back to us.
What to do next
Please re-package your returned item(s) securely and write the (free) returns address on the package, this can be found on the back of your invoice or below. Please include your original invoice as proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team with your name and order number if your invoice is not available. We would ask that you complete the reason for return details below and include this document with your returned item(s). This will enable us to continue to maintain and improve the service and quality provided by glamorous.com. Please remember to detach the proof of postage slip below. Please take your completed returns package to your nearest post office. Ask the post office to stamp below as proof of postage. You can also request a receipt from the Post Office in the event that you are not able to provide your invoice. Please keep this safe as in the event we do not receive the parcel you will need you to provide us with this information.

Any Glamorous items purchased in any other stores or outlets cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded at Glamorous.com. They should be returned direct to the stores through which they were purchased.
If you’re a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days from when you receive your order. This doesn’t apply to items that have been worn or used.

We will be happy to offer you a refund of the value paid on any item(s) returned to us in a resalable condition within 28 days of receipt of your order. Please ensure you return unsuitable items unused and in their original condition, with all tags and tickets still attached otherwise we cannot process your refund.
